I'm going with the Byakugan on this one. Think of the possibilities for real-life use. 360-Degree vision with an extremely small blind spot, and you can see through things, not to mention much farther range of vision. The Byakugan is the eye for everyday life. Sharingan is only good for fighting and such, and you have to have the same physical endurance as the person you copied the moves from. Never watched Code Geass, although I'm about to, so I can't properly say what it does. From what I've heard from the past posters, it seems to just be an eye for controlling people, which I don't exactly think is all that great.
