Introduction: The story starts out with a little boy being cornered by 2 tough looking guys. Suddenly this girl in 5th grade in punk clothes comes and the two guys run away, leaving the boy to ask the girl to have an autograph. She says, "Are you stupid? You were blocking the sideway too." And the boy says she is cool and spicy.
Plot: Amu (the girl) is actually a gentle and docile girl, unlike the girl portrayed in the beginning. She calls that personality of herself, her outer personality. Amu wishes to be honest, so in the morning, three brightly colored eggs appear, which turns out to be due to her wishing. The eggs hatch into "charas", or guardian angels, would help her to become the girl she wants to become. They would change her character for a brief amount of time to try to change her completely. Also, she could transform with those charas so she would have moves and everything. Amu can also dispel X Eggs, which I won't explain, because you'll have to watch the anime!
The plot revolves around Amu and her adventures. I thought it was cheesy, and the plot is not very original. I would say, 8/10.
Music: A nice beat in the beginning shows how lighthearted the anime is. The music has a dance beat to it, which I like. 9/10
Animation: It is pretty good, except of the overuse of Amu-transforming scenes. I personally like the design of the character (well, it was meant for my age). 9/10
Genre: Magical Girl, Comedy, and Romance. For a typical girl teenager who needs laughs, this is definitely a recommendation. You would like this because of the laugh-out-loud parts.
Overall, this is a 9 out of 10 anime.
