Haven't watched that series, so I can't really run a comparison.
First episode has what one could probably classify as sexual assault (then again, so does the first season of Ikkitousen, and that has a rape as well, although the latter is done off screen of course), and it's not as if it's shown graphically. Just a facial close-up of the person being assaulted. Then again, assaulter and assaulted end up as a couple, well, sort of.. The usual ups and downs, wouldn't be much of a series, if everything was hunkydory right away.
Second episode, is just the usual couple comedy stuff, think Inukami! with Yoko trying to put the moves on Keita, or Ren (DearS) trying to get into Takeya's pants.
Just that opposed to female on male, it becomes male on male. Also has the unavoidable love interest rival etc etc. Fairly standard comedy/romance in that sense. Must say, that they make excellent use of chibi-faces for the comedy bits.
Normally, chibi can be really jarring with the regular art-style. But for some reason, it works with this series, and it's a fairly standard bishonen artwork at that, which is why it's a bit odd why it works so well.
Can't say anything about episodes 3 and 4, haven't seen them. Had to review 1 and 2 to make sure that the show in and of itself wasn't inappropriate to put up.
