Does the 4th has a teleport jutsu? I knew that he could move with extreme speed (therefore the name "Yellow Flash"). But was that teleporting?
But I agree that such a Jutsu also would be pretty usefull.
The sharingan would also be nice. You would get an A+ at every class that uses movements of the body
