All bending when used to the extreme is ridiculously powerfull. For instance
Fire: Make the area so hot people melt
Water: Blood control, or remove all the water from a persons body (Fatal)
Air: Make the oxygen impossible to breath or ridiculously rough causing people to die
Earth: Make the dirt in the air/atmosphere move, tell if people are lying or not, crush people with landslides/earthquakes Move techtonic plates.
