That's not the point if it's crappy or not. It doesn't matter...if they want it down then it needs to be taken down. We are in the wrong regardless whether if it's crappy. And if they wanted to take the extra mile they could go ahead and slap a lawsuit on you as well if they found you hosting any videos that they want taken off, EVEN if the video is crappy.
Of course it's not going to ELIMINATE it...but if they wanted to they can make damn sure to put fear into anyone that uploads a video that they might get sued as well.
If they aren't making money off of it because it's crappy then oh well..apparently it sucks. But if they want it off the internet being pirated then that's their call and technically...they will succeed. Money speaks louder than how crappy something is or anything in general. And even over lawsuits, they could potentionally gain more money by that than they are selling their stuff. So either way, even if we complain about it. They win legally.
It sucks, but laws and laws and rules are rules. In the legal system, they win, we lose.
Personally, it's better off to just move on and just shrug it off.
Wow, reminds me of this discussion I had with my grandma earlier toda..well..yesterday...but that was more of the owners fault than the citizens...

I just don't see anything wrong with them wanting it off really. They own it, we don't. If they want if off the internet, that can be arranged by legal means and the owners who uploaded/pirated the stuff illegal basically lose automatically if they don't comply with the owners wishes.

Prices are prices, in all honesty the economy is fucked up here in USA but complaining about it gets us nowhere really. Though, it does help to vent off about it though.
If you've never seen it then try to look over the internet for reviews about it or something before actually spending money on it. It basically goes for all products. If you just go and blindly buy it without looking anything up about it, you're basically setting yourself up with that problem.
But hey, if you enjoy it that much to pay for it then the money is well spent. If you want it for less then look around some areas that MIGHT sell it for less internet/city wise.
Man, you'd be surprised of the places you can find that gives things for cheap.
