Music has been going wild for ages, and it originally started with napster...over time napster got hit. Now is limewire, and anyone who uses limewire can contain any virus/bug easily. So now there is torrenting, the reason torrenting isn't going to be taken down is because a lot of legal sites use it as well as illegal sites. Unless they start cracking down on torrenting and then something will be changed. You don't realize that if they tried they can easily very well get rid of it.

They want what's free, and if they take away something that you're supposed to buy from then of course they're going to think it suits them better....That doesn't mean it can stop liscense holders from having them taken down easily. Right now, most of them don't care if they're shit is thrown around or not seeing as they get enough income because of such a huge fanbase for it and getting income either way.

This is the main topic, and I'm trying to point out WHY they take away the anime. Because of course, they want it taken down if they don't want it up. And apparently it can happen. Because they find it wrong and in truth it is wrong.

Because they enjoy the product with their money spent? You forget people are different and calling someone stupid because they buy a product you don't find high of quality is...well...obviously harsh in another sense. It's like an argument I had with my cousin about MMO's. He finds it stupid for people to play simple free mmo's and are enjoying it when they could play better for example like WoW. He doesn't realize that people can enjoy simple things without having to dish out money and can get their MMO fix and still enjoy it. People have preferences, and if they enjoy it. That's their decision, not yours.

Again, remember how death note CND turned out?

Don't really listen in on anime news so I wouldn't know how it turned out exactly besides how you pointed it out a few posts back.

No one is going to listen to them unless they AT LEAST make a reasonable upgrade in their products which would get rid of the need of piracy.

Even if things are REALLY good there is going to be somewhere where you can pirate it for free, the reason they don't take it down or anything is because they don't care to look. If they really wanted to, they can easily have it taken down.
Remember how everyone complained how you had to have an ONLINE connection to actually register and play the game Bioshock? Yeah, people were pretty ticked at that because it made pirating for it tons harder. Don't know how it works now, I'm sure someone found a way. But even then, the fact that they upgrade on things makes pirating harder every so often.
If someone comes out with something SO great, and then people pirate for it. All it takes is for the company to get pissed off and ravage over it. And the site holding these things will get found. You don't hear about this stuff because they still get their income if it's shit or not, and all hell will be loose...and a lot of fans of that product will not be happy if the company decides to make a drastic decision.
Now, think about it if all the liscense holders of the anime this place or broadcast anime is showing want all their stuff taken off. You'd have to resort to other means, which would tick you and everyone else off. Thus making it another percentage harder and harder to find.
Underground sites can hide for only so long unless people start spreading the name out, then it isn't underground. And it becomes an open target.

But it can be made harder and harder to find to the point where people will stop looking.
I semi-hate the "preview post" now............
Also, sorry if I misspell anything or your name or if some things were cut... I was busy talking with someone else and typing this as well.
And also, if I sound assy...mah bad and sorry.
