I got another little bruise on my chin when I was trying to rip of someone's grip on me, and instead punched myself in the chin.

Also are you being affected by the change in grading?

you would think it was more useful, but they proved that judo was much more reliable for safe throws which would completely disable the criminal, they also study judo in the military forces, but its more of they just drill the basics over and over again. and eh yeah i will be affected, ive missed my last 2 belt gradings and because of that my next grade im supposed to be allowed to jump a belt, but now i cant and i will have to wait another 3 months till my next grading to get to that belt
