well we've already seen what ichigo would look like in full hollow form if you guys think way back to when he was doing his vizard training. it was pretty sick he had much longer hair and all that jazz. grimmjows released form sort of reminded me of it. i don't think he'll ever get a "released" form of his hollow but maybe once he is able to control enough of it he might start using ceros and such.

as for that it looks very much like ichigo is wearing a combination of his and Nels mask. so maybe they fuse or something like that and she allows him to tap into his full hallow power by being his new inner hallow.
