Darkwarz I think that you might like Zero No Tsukaima, If you have not seen it then go find it. It just recently started its third season.

Anyways I think Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn is boring for the first 19 episodes. It starts to have if but a little fighting after 20, but I think in terms of fighting this anime picks up at episode 40 because the main battles against the Varia start. The future ark is really good and will be even better later on.
