If im not wrong means i am cute or you are cute or he is cute depend of the situation because desu its like verb to be and they dont have to use a diferent form of the verb as long as its implied on the context and it is added ka at the end it becomes a question like kawaii desu ka = is it cute? or ne if you want approval like kawaii desu ne = cute isn't it?
