School Days
Makoto finally gives in to his best friend and tells the girl he likes, Katsura, that he...well, likes her, of course. Katsura confesses to him that she likes him to. As all this goes on, Makoto's best friend, Sekai, realizes she loves him just as much.
Things take an awkward turn as Makoto screws up with Katsura once, then twice, then three times plus some! He feels her up when she isn't ready and all sorts of naughty things!...But the worst of it is, Makoto is getting "practice sessions" with Sekai. These sessions turn into something more as Makoto begins showing affection to his newfound love with Sekai and nearly completely ignoring his real girlfriend. Sekai, loving him back but feeling bad for Katsura, tries repeatedly to stop things before they go too far and someone gets hurt...
In the end, as far as I've gotten, which is episode 6...Things take a turn for the worst. First, Katsura sees Sekai kiss Makoto! Later that day, she runs to the rooftop for lunch with him, only to hear Sekai, just beyond the door with Makoto, proclaim rather loudly that she loves him...
From the first episode, your aww's and drooling will slowly turn to hatred and boo's, as Makoto plays his real girlfriend for his best friend...At least, that's what it did to me. The ending of episode 6 in particular, will have you bawling, or cursing your head off, or just sitting in patience, waiting for the chance to rip Makoto's head off.
School Days is a little perverted, cute and comical at once, and carries what makes only the best anime the best....Romance. But this lovely scene before you will take a dramatic turn for the worse. So hold onto your tissues and your castration tools as you watch School Days, the story of a man torn between two women, playing one of them like a pawn in a sick little game of chess.
Love is a vicious battlefield, isn't it?
