actually wait i have someone else i hate more than shiniji and that would be goku from DBZ i mean come one he can freaking basically destroy the universe if he got bored and yet he does nothing but get stronger and stronger for no explainable reason i bet he could blow up the world if he sneezed to hard and yet he just walks around smiling

I have a list

Rukia, or, for that matter, any character that is meant to be decently strong but is so incompetent that they are always needing rescuing and end up adding nothing to the story but as a last ditch plot point, they always need rescuing and I'm always hoping the writer is smart enough to let everyone fail.

Komourin anything
And, That catgirl in Outlaw Star

Just to name a few, out of the small list(there is a much bigger list) Lelouch probably ticks me off most often.
