Well, I'm at episode 13 in the Anime "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion", and so far I'm very pleased. Reasons are in the spoiler note.

I very much recommend this show to anyone who liked DeathNote or just plain loves suspenseful shows.

I finished it yesterday, It truely is a great anime

But i do prefer deathnote... Lelouch.. isnt as devious as Light which is unfortunate, as i loved that =]

I just always felt like jumping into DeathNote and strangling Light. Lelouch is so much more unique than Light was, I really think he's the best Anime character I've seen on an Anime. The writers also allow for more slip-ups in this show than they did in DeathNote, where everything was purely luck.

I never really hated light that much.... the only time I hated him was when he kill that one professional ( cant think of the name, it is those people who get close to you usually for money) well it was the one who helped them and it shows him die in front of his son

that was sad

but i'm watching code geass and i really love it so i think i will watch deathnote ;D

NO!!! WHY?!?! WHY MUST CODE GEASS END LIKE THAT?!?! I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT!!! As of this moment, I officially renounce that Eureka Seven is the best Anime and now put Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion in the top spot! Congratulations Sunrise, you now have a devoted follower who will stop at nothing to protect your lives until you complete season two!

I can't decide which I like better: Code geass or Death Note for numerous reasons which would take too long to type out.

There's season 2 coming out in spring.

hi! just wanted to ask if any of you knoews where to get the english subs for this show? I got it on my PC but with no subs nad my japanise is primitive at best.

Yes actually, I hope Naga doesn't get mad about this (I suppose he can just delete the post if he doesn't want the secret out yet...). Naga made a site that is currently under construction by a team of highly skilled forumers (Naga, Stroh, and myself) called XXXXXXX (will be revealed later), and I got all my episodes from there. Every episode is DvD quality with English subs.

I say code geass is much better then death note but if u were to ever watch it id suggest u watch death note first then code geass

the ending was such a dissapointment...
