Macross Frontier

This show is damn good!!!
the art is just perfect!
the animation is fluent as it is rich and smooth. every character's movements are well imitated of real movements.
the 3D animation is crisp, and well built even for a TV show!
the camerawork, timing are just amazingly done. felt like i was watching a high budget sci-fi blockbuster movie!
Even music in this show is just icing on the cake! two main girls' voices are great!!!

i can't wait for more episodes to come out!

Hmm you liked a few animes that I LOVED so I think that you have a good taste in anime. I'll try the anime

btw are there any girls and is it ecchi? Lol just wondering 0.o

Only 5 episodes came out so far, so not too sure, but main characters are 1 guy and 2 girls. so...it's most likely love triangle.
One girl is a pop idol in that universe, and another girl is a young girl with misfortunate past, and trying to overcome it.
and of course, main guy is somehow motivating both girls, attracting them to his grasp.

Main story line so far, is nothing new.
an alien race starts to destroy one of earth's colony, 'Macross Frontier', and main character is involved, and tries to save the world...while stumbling upon 2 girls on the way.

both main girls are excellent singers, and the show's got a bit of comedy in it.
What i love about this show is,
that every element are mixed in perfectly.
the balance between action, drama, romance is well thought out.
This show might turn out to be a real tear jerker!

I've been watching this series too, and so far I can't get enough of it. The action sequences are superb.

Honestly, i think Macross Frontier is this season's Best action anime...
My favorite anime this season!

I have to agree... it has great battle scenes and the animation is great, lets hope it doesnt let us down

Yeah I must admit it is an excellent anime.. maybe it's just because I'm a long time fan of the series, I almost prefer the original "Robotech" a little more
