A fictional mahou shoujo (magical girl)character who stars in her own TV serial titled after herself. It appears she wields fire magic and her favourite catch phrase at the end of the episode is 'The same for today, we've burned them to the ground!'. The new season of her series is titled 'Mahou Kyoko Flame'. Lala seems to like watching her series and would often force Rito to watch with her. Mahou Kyoko's appearance and powers seem to bear a resemblance to that of Kirisaki Kyoko, a character from another of Kentaro Yabuki's mangas, Black Cat.

and in the newest ep yami chan which isnt her real name so it might be eve looks and talks just like eve and can even transform!!!!!!! from black cat Kentaro Yabuki' wrote bor of these anime's so im guessing hes bringin spme characters back to life??
oh well i don't mind it actually it makes me like it more!!

I don't think it's a rip off. Animes tend to rip off each other due to such popularity and size of the great immense amount of animes in the world. + Manga

Stories tend to be the same or characters, maybe that's why anime makers changed the color of the hair so much. Maybe now they need to make anime characters hair like half black half white half rainbow half orange half all the colors you can think of to be original :/

Also the mage person looks like from Rosario + Vampire but I wouldn't say that's a rip would it?

Also Lala looked a little like the main girl from Rosario + Vampire which I can't remember the name of at the momment. (She's the pink haired vampire)

Anyways I just saw To Love-ru episode 11, you were right it's EPIC!!!!!!!!

AND WTF!?!?!?!??! The same person made both the animes?!?!?!?! Black Cat is like some emo killing anime that creeps me out o.o how can they be so different and be made by the same person O.o

Well actually I haven't really seen the amv for black cat and I haven't seen black cat at all so I can't "assume" that it's emo...

lol black cat is not emo at all it is made of pure awesomeness. just like to love ru and i love yami-chan she is awesome XD
