Funny how opinions can be so different. That ending song actually annoyed me a bit, after all of the beautiful instrumentals shaped by Nujabes, Fat Jon, Tsutchie and Force of Nature, and the magnificent normal ending by Minmi/Nujabes, it felt like they put it in there to have a poppy song. I actually thought that Shing02/Nujabes's opening song would've been better to go out with than San Francisco, but ideally, some minor variation of Nujabes' "Counting Stars" (which for some reason didn't make the official soundtracks, but I have from one of Nujabes' mixtapes). It was originally known as "Shino's Theme" (Shino is the prostitute that Jin...yea...) but I really think it's a good track in general for people splitting up in both a positive and sad way.
But almost all of the soundtrack was good. Loved/liked all of Nujabes' stuff, especially Counting Stars, Aruarian Dance, and The Space Between Two Worlds. 624 pt 2, No Way Back (one of my favs), and Stay from Fat Jon, Vagrancy (boooom bappppp), Mist and Loading Zone by Force of Nature... Tsutchie's Pretending To..., Sincerely, and I Sighed were great as well. I still need to get my hands on two of the four OST's, as I only have Masta and Departure.
In case you haven't noticed, I'm a huge Nujabes fan and a hip hop head. Nujabes is a huge influence on my own production, which is about 1/1000th as good as his.
