New board member, my anime ratings

Hey, I just signed up for these boards. I've seen a lot of anime now and i think its safe to say im a little addicted. I'm gonna list all the anime's i've seen and what i think of them, and maybe some of you guys can give me suggestions for what to watch next!

Yu Yu Hakusho: A-
Outlaw Star: B+
Naruto: B
Bleach: B-
Samurai Deeper Kyo: C+
Black Cat: C+
Samurai Champloo: C-
Blood+: B
Gungrave: B+
Death Note: A+
Trigun: B-
Full Metal Alchemist: A+
Elfen Lied: A-
Claymore: A-
Code Geass: A
D. Gray-man: B
Great Teacher Onizuka: B+
Mushishi: B
Black Lagoon: C
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann: A+
Kaze No Stigma: B

Eh, this is all i can think up for now. I'm not gonna include series i may have seen as a kid like Dragonball Z, because i LOVED them back then, but i prolly would realize they're not that good now that i have conscience thought lol. I'll edit this list if i think of anything else.

As you can see, my 3 favorite anime of all time are Death Note, FMA, and Gurren Lagann.

Yea i'm just generally not a fan of episodic anime..I mean, I loved the characters in the show, but the plot was ridiculously poor! "lets chase the sunflower samurai" hardly qualifies as a reason these guys should have been sticking together. I'm sorry but i just hated the story in that show

d gray man isnt equal to naruto its better -.-
but you should probably check out full metal panic, soul eater, nabari no ou, s-cry-ed

I'd recommend Black Lagoon if you're looking for anime to watch, and maybe Spice & Wolf as well

I dont think its worthy of such a high rating, tbh the entire ending towards it was pretty much crap.
I agree with the tengen toppa rating though, seriously a kick ass anime!

I don't know. Your anime ratings seem a little... one-sided imo. It seems to me that you're only handing out good ratings to popular shows like Gurren Lagann and the sort w/o batting an eye to the lesser known shows. Hell, I'm surprised you didn't say "ZoMg A++++ LoLolloOl" about Bleach and Naruto. Then again, that's just what I think, so pay no mind to it

I'm not sure what you mean.. i made these ratings purely on how much i enjoyed/appreciated the anime's myself.

as a matter of fact i dont really even know which series are considered 'popular' because i've never been on an anime forum before, and i dont have many friends into anime. (well i got the feeling that bleach and naruto are popular since so many ppl watch em, but even in my rankings they arent that good. they drag things out too much and there are too many boring moments, but i love the stories in both series)
