Lol, it's funny because the first second or two is an image that has the words Youtube on a white background with a red circle with a line through it. I had to go back to the beginning of it to make sure I saw it correctly.

its basically when someone says somethign that cos's alot of comotion but its just a lie to get a reaction out of ppl..... for example, saying there not gonna sub naruto anymore, to worry ppl and make them para about seeing naruto, but they lie and sub it anyway

A troll is someone who trolls. Trolling is when you say something to trick or fool someone else. Like how DB said they quit subbing Naruto and then today they release an episode.
Common examples of trolling can be found on 4chan wherin someone will post a link and say its this AWESOME vid and everyone will go along with it saying how great it was when its really something horrible, disgusting, or weird.

Embeding on vreel stop for the moment (fixed soon?) and megavideo quality is low. + people with veohtv can download the original files
