Akira!!!

So I saw Akira again and its been a while and it inspired me to post this bulletin on Myspace....but heres my question to you fellow anime lovers gimme your opinion on the movie liked it, or you didnt like it just discuss I want to see what people have to say...

Bulletin: "Ok dont know where to start, here it goes....AKIRA....it is an anime movie....no it is THE anime movie..... it is the father and mother of all the anime and cartoon shows you see now a day....this movie is crazy...you have to see it... the animation is amazing lots of action....its also dam long about 2 and a half hours long...and at the end you will still say WHAT I want more answers why is it over....so if you where ever wondering what made anime like DBZ, sailor moon, or naruto happen it was this movie....Akira is regarded by critics as one of the greatest animated films ever made...ohh and did I mention it was ALL HAND DRAWN!!!....and If you wanted to know where Kanye West got his idea for the video "Stronger" is all from Akira the hospital scene and the bikes all that.....it was a sort of homage to the movie....so what Im saying is go see it if you have time even If you dont like this sort of stuff because its a part of history a great movie and it was a question on Jeopardy bitches".

I agree with you Harry. Akira was amazing. It's one of the best anime movies of all time in my opinion.

Akira is a work of art, It is so deep and conceptual and thts one of the reasons I love this films so much, asside from the (still by todays standards) mind blowing animation, the plot has layers upon layers of ideas, U will always pick up somethin u hadnt noticed before everytime u watch it. This film inspired so many other films and series. It is truly something everyone shud watch once before they die. Id really like to read the original maga serialisation,has anyone else read this?

I love this film, infact im going to watch it again later, thanx for reminging me how good it really is

Have anyone else heard that there will be a Realmovie with Leonardo Dicaprio and made by James Cameron?

I hope that aint true, I really do theyll ruin it. Leonardo Dcaprio for fucks sake,tht makes me mad just thinkin bout it, Akira is a legend it shouldnt b toyed wit
