Since I am still new to this stuff and I'm not Japanese literate, I was wondering if a few people could throw out a few fansubs that have really exceptional or at least pretty good translation, and hopefully good grammar...?

let me know what you guys think

I meant just in general...

like a group that once they start a project, they do a good job of it, and try to give the best translation possible etc...

-Anime-Kraze (slow as hell, but their quality is great ---video, audio, translations, typesetting etc)
-Eclipse (a lot faster than Anime-Kraze with great quality)
-Saizen (does only sports anime, however, their quality is great!)
-Anime-Empire (like the other mentioned groups, they do quality work)
-Lunar (they are the kewl beanz)
