It is about a kid named Shinji. He becomes an Eva pilot and has to fight angels. He ends up meeting other pilots of other Evas. He has to learn to pilot the eva that picked him to be his pilot. Unit 01 picked Shinji to be its pilot. There are about 13 or 14 angels that attack the area. Shinji must learn to to work with the other pilots to save the people he cares about.
