Its students are skilled in the various arts of combat with some students possessing supernatural abilities, such as manipulation of the fire elements, super strength, and precognition. After a run in with the Executive Council of Enforcers, in which Nagi and Makihara are beaten severely, the join the only other club still remaining at the school in opposition, the Jyuken Club. Then, their fight against the Executive Council begins.
Review: I was watching and watching when, POW! the animation rendered me speechless. Tenjou Tenge has some of the best animation you can get in an action series; I found the animation to be both very smooth and suitable. Aside from that awesome punch that was delivered to me early on, I had already gotten hooked on. Very soon, I found out that Tenjou Tenge was not your ordinary run of the mill action series with plain boring protagonists that are either a pain in the ass like Naruto, or naively heroic like Shiro. Nagi Souichiro, Bob Makihara and the rest of the Jyuken Club are more like anti heroes, with Souichiro proclaiming himself to be a "thug, and become stronger than all you damn martial artists!" So I found the character design to be amazing. The females in this series are also breasttakingly beautiful (no pun intended); like Maya and Aya Natsume, head of the Jyuken Club are beautiful and almost excessively endowed with wonderful assets. It helps that the animation labelled as "ecchi" gives you numerous revealing shots. Now without going into too much detail some of my nosebleeds.... The action in this series is fast, furious, and relentless, the characters beautiful. The plot is subtle, hints of romance surfaces, and ecchi and humor abound. What more can you ask?
Pros: Incredible character design which drives the plot. Beautiful females

Intense action scenes. DBZ like fights without the delaying for time.
Cons: Weird OP song. Weird ending song. That's about it. Maybe some other subtle things that I can't think of.
Final Thoughts: If you really are pissed off and want to see people getting beat up, or if you really want to see a good action series, or whatever, check this series out. It's definitely worth the time!
