The Alice Game continues, as Shinku and the others continue their never-ending battle to become Alice and, ultimately, see "Father" again. But this time, a new doll joins in, claiming to be the secret 7th doll of the Rozen Maiden, the sister who had never been known about...Bara-Suishou, the crystal-wielding doll. After seeing Bara-bara, as Hina-Ichigo and Kanaria, another Rozen Maiden, call her, it becomes quite clear that the Alice Game is in full swing, and that to see Father again, the sisters must make the ultimate sacrifice by taking each other's Rosa Mystica, essentially "killing" their sisters...
The battle is only just beginning, as Bara-bara deceives and lies to the other Rozen Maiden, even her partner
.
Shinku battles with herself, saying she will never fight again if it means killing her sisters. But Sousei Seki has other plans. In the end, it is all decided in the place where the dolls were born...Rozen's mansion...But is the dollmaker who has shown himself really Rozen...or is there some other mysterious evil at work here?
Rozen Maiden: Traumend brings the series to a climactic halt as sister battles sister, doll battles doll, and we see the horrors of having to murder your own family. You'll be crying, laughing, and just plain gripping the edge of your seat as you're taken through it all, leading to a beautifully done ending scene that will leave you saying, "Everything's ok now.", even if you know it isn't.
