Gene Starwind and Jim Hawking are ioutlaws They pilot one of the most advanced starships in the world named the outlaw star. Problem is, everybody else they run into seems to want it as well.
This series has a little of everything. Among the crew of the Outlaw Star is an Dumb hero(not as bad as naruto),his genius sidekick (wow a teenager that smart i wish i was like that). a cute shy android. (her shyness annoys me) a tradition-loving female ninja. and the ship's computer, with a depressed personality. and a CRAZY catgirl.
so, Gene, Jim, and the rest of their ship's crew have set out from their home planets in search of the mysterious Galactic Leyline, which will lead them to the greatest treasure in the universe because in a universe of pirates you must have treasure
In this anime there are 3 main forces. There's the Federation, the supposed upholders of law and order, . There are the various clans of Pirates, who run most of the illegal business throughout the galaxy. And then there are the outlaws who take neither side. who grab anything they can, whenever they can, and are proud to live on the edge . This is the group who gene and jim belong.
The ships in this series are not like gundam or humanoid type machines, but they were a new type of machines. also the guns are really sightseeing. Along with their special bullets that each have a special feature. along with the ultimate bullet. first time i saw it my jaw sank. You will have fun with this anime its about half funny and half serious. lol lots of everything.
It is a pretty old anime aired arouned the time or rurouni kenshin and its graphics are similar to cowboy bebop.
sorry review isn't very in depth haven't seen this anime in a while im currently rewatching it. This review will be edited and better after i finish this anime again.
