Ok, you say you're a FF nut...I have played ALL the games, 1-12, tactics, and even FF Mystic Quest. Plus, I even bought Kingdom Hearts just cause I heard Cloud and Sephiroth were in it! That's not all the reason, but it certainly helped. Plus, anyone remember Ehrgeiz? Cloud, sephiroth, Red 13 and tifa were in that. Played that as many times as I could just for those characters! It was a fighting game by the way. Also, have to say 8, 10 and 10-2 were horrible...not raphics or music wise, just gameplay wise...

I have played them all as well, I had bought Ehrgeiz but the disc was too scratched up to play Oh and they are making another FF fighting game for the PSP I do believe.
We've all got to pray that SquareENIX will reproduced ff7 in nowadays graphics ^^
Square publicly announced that they have absolutely no plans to remake the game, seeing as there was alot of internet rumours circulating that they were. I was very dissapointed
Actually, there is stil alot of debate about it. People in Squenix have said stuff like we would if we had time and if there was the call for it, we wouldn't be opposed to it. Since people have been begging for it, alot of people and videogame mags have said it's pretty likely. I mean, a remake of FF7 could like single handedly return Sony to the top of the pile!

Although Square-Enix keeps denying rumors of a remake for Final Fantasy VII for the Playstation 3, many believe that Square-Enix is simply testing the waters with the technical demo to see if a remake would be viable. However, with original game selling so well, it may not be an issue of money, but rather an issue of time constraints.---
Yeah that's just one websites opinion. I saw one a while ago that said at a convention in november '07 they publicly denied plans for a remake, and sia dhtat they wernt working on one. Lets just hope they were lying! ;D
I was just in a discussion with the remake of FFVII with one of my buds and we both agreed that we would split the cost of a PS3 just to buy FFVII (or if they remade FFVIII)
