Spice and Wolf

In a world where the church is taking over, and pagan beliefs are drowned out by the sound of money in merchants' pockets, Laurence Craft is a traveling merchant. Having stopped at the pagan town of Pasroe, Laurence finds a weird girl who claims to be the wolf goddess, Horo. She persuades him to travel with her back to her home in the north, saying that she doesn't want to be alone anymore, and that the people of the village have stopped believing in her.

Along the way, Laurence and Horo meet a cast of rather odd characters, from church officials, to other merchants. Betrayal strikes hard, and corruption is everywhere. But through it all, Horo remains by Laurence's side.

Truly a beautiful story of friendship and love on the trail of loneliness, Spice and Wolf holds a little something close to everyone's heart.

I don't really see a problem with two people writing a review for the same anime. However starting a thread under the review section just to say that you plan on writing a review for a series seems a bit like to me.

I might end up not mentioning much. It's kinda hard to follow the plot when you're too busy trying to follow the idea of the different coins and the trading stuff...I are confuzzled.
