Luffy has to face many challenges and defeat many people in hand to hand combat. Luffy makes many intresting friends and finds many unique crew members for his pirate team. It's genre is a Adventure and Comedy. Also One Piece is available for mangas. There is currently about 339 Japanese episodes out and 120 english dubbed out. It is a pretty fun anime to watch for lower age groups but all age groups should watch it. It is currently running, I believe in Cartoonnetwork, Toonami.
