I hate it when u see speeding drivers acting all cocky coz they got their drivers license recently.

That freakin sucks.I always do the speed limit weather i'm on the freeway or normal roads.I don't give a shit if people honk at me or get pissed.Hell they can just pass me.

The guy driving was speeding it wasnt the dogs fault. If he wasnt speeding he could of stopped

No one was walking the dog it could of been walking on its own. And he was speeding anyway. Speeding is not for fun.

No sarcasm? Heck, why not blame the car that the suspect tried to pass for being in his way, the couple for sitting on the wall, and the cops for taking him in?

Speeding is serious its not a game. Could you imagine running over someone? I hate it when people speeds and they kill someone innocent and they dont die for what they did.
