Welp...
I generally go 5 over on the highway.
In the city, I go the speed limit or up to 3 above.
Why? Nobody take my words as fact... but generally you can play off a small amount of speeding as speedometer error, either due to typical speedometer errors, different sized tires, etc.
My driving record = 0 points
At a meet, we all generally get up to 70mph around twisty roads consisting of tight 30mph and below turns. Dangerous? Very. Fun? Extremely. Do I recommend it? Not at all.
Do I race? Only at the track

$60 admission for one day is a lot cheaper than a $132+ speeding ticket (and that's only 5 over).
Hell, I've always been an extremely good driver. Aside from my natural alertness/cautiousness, I'm track trained.
All in all... Be honest. Anyone here that can drive has sped.
