How did "life" come to be?

EDIT:When I said LIFE I ment life as in trees, animals, humans, bacteria, all that fun stuff not just humans in general...o.o

Well, please discuss or talk about how and what theory you believe about how we humans and life in general came about.

-Religion is FTW but please do not mention religion here :/ all science, even if you believe in religion just think of a possible way or if you know one please just post it.

There is one theory that says that we came from a space astroid or something that started something and ameba and then it evolved and stuff etc....but... the question there is....where did that "creature" on the astroid come from? If the theory of the BIG BANG was true then how did we come to be? How can rocks and minerals + tons of heat and all that fun stuff become life?

Is it possible to CREATE life

Ok ben, when a penis enters a vagina and sperm is ejaculated the sperm that reaches the woman's egg or whatevre its called fertilizes it and then Bam u get a baby.

is that not creating life?

During emission, 2ducts known as vas deferens contract in order to propel sperm from the sperm which is stored up... the sper then passes through the ejaculatory ducts and is mixed w/ fluids seminal vesicals, etc etc to form semen the semen is ejected through the urethra w/ rhythmic contractions

I know where babies come from...and how they are made but what I'm looking for is where did life all start from? Life as in trees, animals, bugs, bacteria, amiba, fungi, etc...

I think that the universe was a world and blew up. When it blew up all the stars and worlds were created. The universe had many differnt species. So earth has some of the universe's creatures. But earth started its evolution thing and BAM!! we are here.

well first of all DeathAngel is wrong (sorry), the big bang didn't just go boom and there was the earth. It took a lot of time (billions of years) for the elements to even form and combine into anything that looks like matter. As for life on earth either someone who is all powerful, all knowing and obviously very friendly zapped earth and said something like "day 1 - create earth" or it was a mixture of chemicals bonding together into life..

if u havent look up that it should explain things, for my uni bio exam this year i had to write a entire essay on the creation of life and evolution...there aint gonna come another time in my life that im gonna reproduce that essay unless i have to lol

If you choose to eliminate religion from this argument... What's the point?

As of now, both evolution and creationism cannot be proven. It's up to the person to choose which unproven, unreliable theory he/she wants to follow.
