That is a really grim thing to think about. I pray that another world war doesn't happen at all, and if it must, I hope that it doesn't happen within my or my grandchildren's lifetime.

well right now there are only 2 super powers
USA and Russia
so if Iran was to declare war on USA it wouldn really stand much of a chance anyway
even if ww3 did start it doesnt matter as wales will win

thank you all for your opnions. anyhow there is evidence Russia doesn't get along with the western world. The Cold War. Oh one change first my friend predicts the to be in the next five years or so. I do agree we should try to avoid it, but be honest we all saw some war coming at some point. More on his theory and back up info.

Also, the former president of Russia, Vlad Putin, was a former KGB Agent (the USSR's CIA) and has made freedom of speech, protect, and even religion tightened. Now that Putin is the prime minister, that doesn't change much. The government controls the major T.V. and radio stations, thus campaign coverage of the oppositions candidate can't air. Besides, when the U.S. and England were trying to build a anti-nuclear barrier between Russia and the rest of Europe, Putin took it very personally and relations between Western Europe and the U.S. has been bad. The anti-nuclear barrier was really to protect Europe from Iran. Also, control of former Soviet republics has strengthened and when the nation of Kosovo (part of Serbia and the former Yugoslavia) Putin was denounces it and saying the Kosovo will have to pay. Now to China, this war is really our own fault. See for the last 15 or so years we have been borrowing tens of billions of Chinese money as their economy has been doing very well. You have been hearing for the last 6 months about the rise in recalls of Chinese made toys and other things, because they had led in it. Also China has currently the best economy in the world and they want now to have the best military in the world. So they have beens stealing U.S. military secrets on nuclear bombs and other things. Hopefully, this is more clear to you about the different wars that could be facing us within the next 5 years."

Well, that's simple, Junky-chan. What you do is build up an army. Keep all immigrants as much as possible. Keep all trade as close to home as possible. And wait til the war comes to you. Problem solved. That way, you've got the right to fight back. And you know the territory since it's your homeland.

Oh yeah, and if other countries' planes try to fly over you, shoot them down.

In short, this strategy requires less energy, less money, less travel, and your troops know where to go and all sorts of other good stuff.

That's why they are starting with the people near them first, why go attack isreal where the real threat is next to you??
