Not really. Wars would just take alot longer, cause it'd be harder to kill someone.

There are plenty of countries that must be plotting. Think about it. The US has only gone to wars with countries in Europe and Asia. South America, Africa, and Antarctica MUST be up to something...

Mmmmm my opinion? The war would simply be a push of buttons.
With atomic bombs and all, all countries without them would probably be KoS.
Larger countries would then threaten each other with the remainder of nukes, or they might go for a bloody Armageddon and get over w/ it

Huh imo I don't think Armageddon will be a nuclear holocaust.
Anyways if nuclear weapons are used then politically everyone is screwed because then sides form, and you have a horrible mess just waiting to happen.

Let me explain to you what World War 3 will be. World War 3 will be a economic war that will show who's market and economy can outlast the enemy, no much on the fighting part. Who can win a war when they do not have the materials or money to build them in the first place? I can only say that this will not happen anytime in soon, due to the fact United States has already stated they will not pick a fight with anyone else. Right now, they are solving things diplomatically for once, which is a big step in the right direction.

What would be their motives? The reason they haven't started anything is because we make the effort to prevent these things. Another world war won't come unless someone gets the motives, voice, and military power/control.
