You know, I actually wonder if McCain made a huge mistake with this decision. A lot of women are probably offended by this. Kind of insulting to their integrity, given what's happened with Hillary and Barack.
They are probably just happy to have a women at vice presidency, better than nothing. Anyway it doesn't matter if she is married to an oil guy or not, it's not like the republicans don't like oil. (also I'm sort of middle ground slightly repub)
I'm a moderate independent, pretty much right in the middle, socially I lean democratic but economically I lean republican. The one thing that isn't good about McCain's pick is that she has absolutely no experience or anything relevant to politics in the rest of the country. Although, Obama has only been a senator for 4 years and is running for president. Guy's got lots of charisma but this shouldn't be a popularity contest like its turning into, its who would make the best leader. Honestly I don't know who I'll vote for in November, I would have voted for Condoleezza Rice and shes a black woman so... Meh. I'm just glad that Hillary is completely out, I couldn't stand her as a person.
There I threw out a bunch of positions I have that don't relate to Code Geass, I'm so bored, need a new ep.

Okay, I got impatient and decided to give you guys a preview of my new sig here, its not done yet, and will be animated eventually once I get the other girls finished.
I can't even vote yet so no matter how far out I'm it doesn't matter Anyway she seems to be competent and I'm sure if something does go wrong there will be tons of people behind the president to help that.
Also she is hotter than most women in politics, +1 from me
YES! Political Apathy for the win! I could care less who wins the election because either way I won't give a damn! Honestly though, people put too much... ehh what's the word... weight I suppose, on the presidential elections. Let's face it, it's not like if either of these guys takes office they will wave their hand and suddenly American will be changed or whatever. Sure, the president of the United States of America is a very powerful person, but their role is more psychological to the people than anything, they are, after all the ambassador for the country. But I digress.

I agree, I don't really care. Candidates will make promises and have good intentions but are unable to carry through with these because of really the lack of power they really have. Kind of sad really.
