i thought it was one dude(i can't remember his name all the sudden) who predicted many things such as what Hilter will do and how John F Kennedy was going to die and such and he also predicted that there will be World War 3. maybe World War 3 will happen in year 2012 and that ends our world T.T
but as Einstein said before "World War 3 will be fought with many high techs, but World War 4 will be fought with stones and sticks"
I would surmise that this is one of those things where you have to wait and see. XD
But I kind of doubt you can calculate the end of the world. Imo I think it would be unexpected.

The world will not end in 2012... it just won't happen. When you think of "the end of the world" you think of the planet, or at least life on the planet, suddenly coming to an abrupt end. The only real way this could happen would be a giant asteroid smashing into the earth. And this would have to be one hell of an asteroid. As in we would know it was headed towards us probably years ahead of time, and would be able to prepare for it. The most likely way the world will "end" will be brought on by human's and their greed. And it would be a gradual decay of civilization over a long period of time, which I think started around a decade ago.
Unless, of course, the aliens attack us. We're fucked then.
Dear god, the world will not end in 2012, there's barely any way we can even know the precise decade this world will end, most of the end of the world theories is just when the stars we see in the sky will completely change anyways (aka the constellations will completely change, because of our galaxy's continuous rotation).

It was nostrdomus, they say he has not been room so far and his doom day is around the year 3000
meteor, comet, supernova explosion sending plasma rays at us, and a nuclear exchange are the only ways (so far) to destroy the world.

Nostradamus made vague predictions that people have interpreted as prophecies. Many people question if he was even really trying to make predictions. Often the argument is brought up if he was trying to warn people of the future why not just tell them outright than in vague descriptions. I've yet to see rock solid prove of anything Nostradamus said being truly credible. Though i got this information mostly from a special on History Channel so if anyone has further research on the subject please post it.
