I think this conversation has deviated, let's remake it, will the human population end in 2012? Because the planet won't.

nope unless we actually manage to nuke the hell out of each other, then it a mood point. ( i mean it really hard to kill 6 billion people in one shot without useing nokes or something the likes )

You mean be know of orbit, that would be really hard considering the sheer mass of the planet, and the momentum it has, it would be easier to collide with a come, who's impact would incinerate the face of the earth ( the earth surface would literealy become molten rock )

well if u want to be technical about it...

that chances of that happening is about the same as us flying into the sun.
if u want a disaster that would kill 6billion ppl... tis rather simple...
a disease or virus... so much simpler, and the chances of it are much closer then flying into the sun or a massive comet hitting us, it is also much more technically sound.
or just the explosion of Yellowstone parks 'super' volcano

Lmao, In 1988, scientists said the world will end on 2000, and people believed them, 2 years before 2000, police descovered lots of people has commited suicide as to not wanting to see 'how the world ends'... BAsically all these predictions are bullshit, if you believe in god then god knows when, if you dont then dont believe scientists simple.

o.OO.o this statment can be interpeted many ways....
Even though many predicitons have been made about the end of the world...
When the real one is made will it be ignored?...
When the "liar's" prediction is true....what will u do?....

This theory is often misunderstood. The end of the Mayan calender does correspond with the end of several other ancient civilizations' calenders. Yet this is not an "End of the world theory." Scholars have interpreted it to mean the end of civilization as we know it.
