I know most of you saying what the hell am I doing talking about presidents on this web site but this year's decision will affect everybody so I just want to know your views on it. JOHN McCAIN or BARRACK OBAMA

I think all presidents are full of shit and will say anything to get voted. So with this state of mind I'll pick OBAMA just becuase he's black. Call me dumb but the reason why is that this will inspire more colored people to do better. I mean it isn't like they couldn't become a nominee but now that theres actually a colored president they can say "He did it why can't I"

I don't normally discuss politics, but I can't really hold your reasoning against you. I'm sure that there are a lot of people out there that won't vote for Obama for the exact same reason.

LOL He claims he can make friendships with Iran. He said that last night during the Democratic Convention or whatever it's called. I laughed my ass hoff.

After George Bush's 2 terms, I just can't see this country voting for another Republican. I'd like to think of myself as a Ron Paul Republican in the sense that I think the federal government should be small, and shouldn't tax people so severely, however the current Republican party has been too much about spending more than they can afford, printing more money than they could afford and thus driving inflation, trying to sell off National Forest land to pay their debts, not investing in renewable energy, breaking the Geneva convention by torturing prisoners of war, spying on the American people, restricting civil liberties, and generally ruining the country's reputation in the world. Having a Democrat as a president while there are so many Democrats in Congress is sure to raise taxes, and won't guarantee a fix to the economy, but I'd like to think that it's the quickest way to reverse at least some of the damage that G. Dubya has done to the country.

Just my opinion.

I bet that an Iran/Russia alliance will happen before an Iran/USA friendship. What the hell happened in South Ossetia? Russia invaded Georgia with full military force, basically without provocation, right? Then after being asked nicely to stop killing Georgians by several other countries, they said "OK, but can we keep South Ossetia since we're here anyway?" There's going to be some serious shit going down between Russia and its neighbors in the next couple years.

oh but about russia, they were actually provoked, their peace keepers where killed on Georgian soil for some hatred reason i believe, i havent researched it much so thats all i can say. although i have heard that the American media has twisted stories here and there to make things worse for russia
