hmmmm some say there's a thin line between love and hate...while others beg to differ.....However I think the two words are pretty much the same thing....u technically can't love a person with hating them and the same vice-versa....Ex: An individual argues with there spouse, after about 7 minutes through the arguement, the word "hate" is exchanged....some time passes after the arguemnt ends and each of the individuals feel sorry for each other and make up (love)
I believe that expression was made cause of the fact that when you love someone if you do one thing wrong they could end up hating you, I think you can love without hating someone but you'ld end up being Ned Flanders. Love and hate are just like the same.

i disagree entirely i now think that only a few select psychopaths can truly "hate" anything because of how much that word now gets used for things that we just dislike i doubt that anyone here has truly felt "hate" as its meant to be felt a pure undying anger and resentment towards the object or person going so far that you would kill them if the chance was given
however "Love" is not like that all AT ALL i dont think i even need to explain that one

yea Id say I pretty mcu agree with seeker here. Hate doesnt neccesarily mean u would kill the person u hate, there are ppl I hate for very good reasons, and theyre also ppl I love for many many good reasons. The two are opposites, but i would not say there is a thin line between love and hate. Love can be very painful at times but if u truly love someone u are incapable of hating them. Just like if u truly hate someone or something u are incapable of loving them. Not a thin line, two very distinct opposites

well I guess if ur comparing the differeces of both as extremes then theoretically u are right, I was just talking from a personal point of view. I wouldnt kill anyone I hate cuz it aint worth it and I would say Its not in me to do that. But then again under an extreme circumstance whose to say what I would do if someone severely harmed/killed someone I love. So in that context I guess ur right.
either ways Im saying there are ppl I hate (very few) and im not a pyshcopath lol, at least I hope not.
