Voting for new section involving Fan Fiction...

Hello everyone at ZOMG Anime and Forums. I am making a poll on the subject of adding a new section that lets people put Fan Fiction in it. I talked to Naga about it and he wanted me to make this poll so everyone has a chance to voice their opinion on this matter. So there will be 3 choices for the poll 1. Yes add Fan Fiction section to Forum, 2. No dont add Fan Fiction section to Forum, or 3. undecided. In which case for those of you who are unable to decide you can post your descission later on this thread when you make up your mind. Also I want to know what everyone thinks about this so please give me your thoughts and opinions.

Well since I created this thread I cant vote but I would like to voice my opinion. I would like to see a fan fiction section created.

Interesting that there are 6 votes and 4 people who have posted and I included you Samurai because there is a possibility XD but anyways...it seems to me that 2 or 3 people seem to want to keep themselves anonymous.

There is no reason why they should do so, so please tell Samurai why you want it or don't want it because I'm sure he wants to know.

Anyways, well I just rethought about this topic and I think that it might be a good idea but honestly I don't write fanfics and I think it would be rather a little difficult to maintain that subdivison of the forums well I guess maybe not but anyways I think it could be a good idea but you just need to get the aproval of a admin. Good luck

Benwolnow, Thanks for your support, to be honest I was never good at writing fan fics either until I submitted my first one on Robotech.com Then I submitted it to a few other forums that I was on and I got good reviews on their too. Right now I am in the middle of writing the second part of that fan fic I told you about. But I think that if you give it a shot you might realize that its easier to write one than you might think. Sure youy going to run into writers block every now and then, but its fun. I have found it to be a great stress reliever. Well I will shut up now and let other people voice their opinion.

Fan Fiction is where you write a story thats based off of a favorite show you watch. You can take a certain scene from the show and redirect the plot in it in a different direction. For example, I saw a fan fic based on the show Robotech. The person that wrote it made a 10 part series centering around the relationship between Rick Hunter and Lisa Hayes and had them getting married alot sooner in the series than how its described in the Sentinals OVA movie. Another way of making fan fictions is to pick a time gap in the show that you watch and make a situation for the people your writing about.

Hmmmmm ^^ Sounds interesting. Now and then i download fan made manga of for example Naruto, that's fan fiction right?

It has diffrent drawings and a whole diffrent plot (I know fan fiction is just about plot, just adding this, lol) ^^ Me laik

I'm all for it I think it could be nice. I don't see why you guys don't make a writing forum then, I mean you got this role playing so enough you guys are going to have more stuff like this why not just make a "writing board". Lets just hope it doesn't turn into a ghost forum, or I'll start writing!! MUAHAHAHA!!! Meh who knows maybe one of us will write a great story and become famous?
