Are you guys familiar with Jackie Chan's martial arts record? He's not only very skilled at one type... He's skilled at many.: hapkido, tae kwondo, judo, shaolin and wing chun kung fu.

Jet Li is very skilled in Wushu, which is the Chinese national sport and a discipline of martial arts known for it's performance style, rather than a mode of fighting.

Wow... silver just single handedly owned all you jet li supporters =p

^^ back to the debate, wushu is a full contact martial arts that encompasses a wide range of techniques. So like Jackie Chan's expertise, Jet Li has proficiency in many areas of wushu including but not only:

Broadsword
Empty Hand
Long Fist
Spear
Sparring
Fanziyingzhao quan.

So with that speed and expertise, I'm pretty sure that Jet Li and Jackie Chan will have pretty intense battle!! Not saying who I'm biased against, since I like both equally.

If the movie "Forbidden Kingdom" was done right, it'll be one hell of a movie. Gotta be honest tho... In the previews, as soon as I saw the white boy.. I laughed and kinda lost hope.

Jackie wears a wig? I didn't know that o.o...anyways there was this one movie I think it was called rumble something and I thought it was a nice movie like really nice.

Anyways...we seriously have to get those two to duke it out in real life filmed.

This isn't an easy question, mostly because the two are from totally differant genres and what not.

And besides....

Why isn't Tony Jaa on the list? He's awesome! :3

Rumble in the Bronx. Just watched it a couple days ago, awesome movie. I guess he's wearing a wig in the movie? I dunno, but he def does not wear one in real life.

when he said wig he was talking about the new movie. and rumble in the bronx was i good movie. I like the medallion and the tuxedo as well. his older movies were also great

Because most people like myself don't know who Tony Jaa is.

Anyways...yeah I enjoy Jackie's movies too

but mostly the new ones lol and no I don't think he wore a wig in Rumble in the Bronx. I think he just has long hair and haven't cut it.

wow the new movie is great =) everything about it.. except the kid the so called seeker.. he annoyed me. but jet li and jackie never seem to amaze. their fight scene was amazing pure jet vs jackie for like 10 minutes i was like omg. lol. and you cant have a jackie chan movie without his humor, lots of funny parts as well and guess what. Jackie + jet li for a 15 year project that they have both worked on together it will be amazing can't wait for it

personally i like jackie better not just because of tha cute smile of his O_O but his stunts are more.. stunt-y-er compared to Jet Li's and most of his older movies are pretty good, with humour too.

not that jet li's bad or anything, but have you SEEN his first ever movie?
his more recent movies aren't bad... but they certainly aren't funny.
it's just my opinion =X= i like things that make me laugh

i didn't watch the forbidden kingdom. lost interest once i saw the white boy in his room.

Even though I love both Jackie and Jet, but I vote for Jackie, 'cause I love the humor in his movies, while Jet's movies are kind of bored for all the action T___T

I've already seen "The forbidden kingdom", and it f***ing rocked, just because of Jackie Chan and Jet Li fighting each other.

I would say Jet Li, because his present movies are better than Jackie Chan's, imo. Though Jackie's older films were better, I have seen "Iron Tiger" with Jet Li, it was such a bad movie...
