Was rather surprised by how many females were willing to dress up as male characters. I mean, them doing female characters that I knew of, the usual Sakura, Lina Inverse etc stuff.

But Naruto, Gaara and Sasuke (at the least) were also being done by ladies in that vid, and fairly decent looking ones at that.

some guys do girls too, and they do it well, at that. visual kei is awesome cross-dressing.. but that's not really cosplay and ps the guys aren't gay xD

Most women do this. If there is a yaoi cosplay it's most likely female's who do it. So it's kinda a twist with Shoujo-ai and shounen-ai @_@ confusing.
Other's just do it, since not all boys wanna cosplay >D
