No, he's not the director to Metal Gear Solid -- that's Hideo Kojima. David Hayter is the VA of Solid Snake.

Like I said...who cares about American VAs...US anime distributors should just get rid of dubs and cut the cost of paying those bums :X

Not everybody wants to read subtitles while watching anime. There are some pretty good dubbed shows out there like Cowboy Bebop.
