seriously... Im playing it.... and after about 300 deaths, I only beat mike tyson and am stuck on mecha birdo... But at least I got past all the spikes in the freakin ghosts and ghouls area.... *shudder*

I think the hardest not hack game is Ninja Gaiden. So many hard levels... and playing on a harder difficulty is just asking for pure frustration.
