Final Fantasy X for me; well technically it's Final Fantasy X International Version.
i played Final Fantasy VII AFTER i played FFX and i still thought it was awesome but when i got my hands on FFX Inter. it was just too good; they balance more stuff out and uber hard monsters. it was very challanging and fun to play on different sphere grids
I <3 Ivalice so I went with XII. Although the FFT was just as good
FFTA and A2 are good but they lack a good story
yeah also what was a massive let down with A2 is the only multiplyer is to get the raffle tickets things (or do you unlock multiplyer mission at end of game or sommt?).
But for me if i haven't already said mine (in no perticualr order).
FF7,8,5 & 4 however this does change alot.

Alright well I'm a big Final Fantasy fan, its my favorite game series of all time and has never let me down. I enjoyed every game and have played almost every one, basically every one I could. FF7 is hands down my favorite game of all time, I've played through it start to finish well into the double digits over the years and have pretty much everything memorized. I could go on for hours why I love it so much but you get the idea. I also cosplayed for my first time as Cloud from Advent Children on the release day of the movie. Made a full size wooden and metal Buster sword too.
So obviously I voted 7.
However 12 is an outstanding 2nd place, followed by 8, whose story is incredible but the gameplay was hampered by poor design in some areas. Everyone underrates 9, and any true fan of the series loves it for good reason. Never played 11 because I've never let it seduce me. Dirge of Cerberus was nice because it was in the FF7 universe but it wasn't a remake like I wish for daily. (Sony and Square Enix's biggest blunder with the PS3) I'll go out and say it, I did not like 10. Compared to the rest, yeah I liked it, but it just doesn't shine, I mean no world map? The characters didn't adapt well to english with the voice overs etc. It was still a good game just not on the level of the rest of them. X2 was some nice fanservice and a game the girls love. I've played but not all the way through most of the FF's from 1-6 and they get better as they go, with 6 being my favorite of the old school ones. Tactics was awesome in a completely different way. I can't wait for FF13 since it looks really interesting but I really hope it stays true to the series and doesn't just become something of its own. I am going to buy a PSP solely for Crisis Core when I get the money, I almost imported one of the Crisis Core limited edition psp's from Japan but didn't... lol, who else besides me went to see Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within in theaters?
Alright I'm done rambling, its what happens when I get talking about FF.

FF7 all the way,This game had a massive impact on me and so itll probably always be my favourite game because of that, plus the story was just awesome...I had no idea what I was in for when I first bought this game! FF9 wud probably be a close second for me
