I would have to say WoW i think... I dont really like it, but i end up playing it every once in a while xD
And as Aracelais said, that game really is like cocaine.

Next in line would be FFX ^^ But that game is kewl and addicting ^^

FFX was pretty good,But the most addicting games ive ever played are .Hack//series,Tales of symphonia,and Final Fantasy Crisis Core

Definitely WoW, I also pretty much hate it, but once you start it's impossible to stop. I've tried, but I always go running back.

Kingdom Hearts 2 was extremely addictive to me, I've passed it 3 times from the beginning and I still play it, I just can't get enough. I've done everything, I've reached highest level, but I still can't stop.

Wc3 is ridiculously addicting, especially when you get into competitive ladder.
