Crysis Warhead

So this game is supposed to offer Psycho's side of the story to occur parallel to Nomad's story in Crysis.

I picked this game up today around 3 p.m.

New weapons, smoother gameplay, improved engine that allows lesser equipped computers play it, smart AI, and some extras added into the game. Neat, right? You now auto-clip weapons and ammo, meaning you don't have to pick them up manually like in Crysis... Laaaame.

Never have I been so disappointed in a game before. A lot more testing should have gone into this game prior to release.

This game is riddled with an unbelievable number of bugs, glitches, freezes, and crashes making the game near unplayable. No wait, it does make it unplayable. It crashes or freezes every 5-10 minutes. Randomly in the game, when aiming at an enemy or being shot, half the screen turns solid blue. Now, the game crashed and erased my profile and saved games...

All my drivers are up to date, my hardware is more than adequate, and the game still sucks.

If you were thinking about buying this game... I'd suggest waiting at least until the first patch is released to fix these bugs (or at least some of them).

I was (and still am) a big fan of Crysis, even though it's coded like shit, making 70% of existing computers worthless.

Huh, I didn't know that a new crisis game was out... hm thanks for the info.

When do you think the first patch will be released? (idk just a guess is fine)

As for the first patch, on the Crysis forums they have a thread for all the bugs and glitches for players to report.

The game is nothing special. Just beat it.

Offers no real excitement or anything.

Not worth the $30 I paid.
