Here is a link to the Red Vs Blue forums talking about it. My guess is that it is a new game set in the Halo 3 universe with ODSTs as the main characters.

In my opinion It might be related to the Mythic map pack and in the video it said halo 3 so it must be new content for Halo 3. I've seen people talking about that in the video in the Bungie forum. They say those pods in the sky are either ODST's or somthing else. Also I agree that they should show more.
