So I just got a stick shift car and is pretty cool although I still suck at first gear. So I was just wondering which do you guys prefer automatic or manual?

Auto,

Mainly cause a lot or "Ricers" see The Fast and the Furious series and want stick shift immediately. I stick to my Auto Alero, it has v6 so even if you got stick on a I4 (v4), I'll still smoke ya

And in Auto I can drive and still answer my phone lol. Not that I get many calls when driving >_>;

I could probably drive a standerd but the 3rd pedal's a pain in the ass, so I'd just go with auto. And yes I can drive just not legally...

I bought a manual car, so therefore manual.

Nothing better than pedal to the metal, clutch in, off, in, off whilst shifting gears up with speed and precision and listening to the revs of the car.

Nothing beats that feeling.

Plus i get bored when i drive auto's, manual keeps me interested and concentrated on the road.

Manual better fuel efficiency and allows you to have control over shifting which is always good and its just plain more fun than automatic.
