Best Video Sites/Players

Alright I'm currently working on downloading every anime I've seen so that I don't have to scour the net to find an old episode if I feel like watching one(like right now Zero No Tskaima Season 2 Ep 12). But in the same time of downloading all this to my massive hard drives I was thinking I would start uploading some series to a video sharing site. Now I've only been to a couple and seen a couple of things but I wanted to know what is everyones favorite video sharing site and why. For example:

Viddler.com
Clean site
easy upload
you can seek through the video without loading the whole file
no ads on the screen

And I think for the sake of argument we can leave out youtube because they are pretty quick on removing anime from their site. Thanks!

how about Veoh or megaupload?

though i personally like Veoh more. Veoh seem like they allow users to upload higher quality video than megaupload

Megavideo!

Since they changed the player the video loads a lot faster, you can skip to the middle if you've watched half, the search function is better now, high quality etc.

I like the facelift Megavideo did too I just wish they wouldn't have put so much crap at the bottom of it, keep it simple. But I'm a simple person so I guess to each their own. Megavideo would be my all-time favorite if they would let people download the video without a paying for it.

As for Veoh I'm starting to get more ads on it and their search engine isn't the best I've seen. Oh well I'm just ranting off here in the twilight hours.

Veoh is the best site for streaming if you are looking for quality, as long as you don't live in the countries it has problems with.
