Default Colouring.

I made some drawings and scanned them in my computer because I wanted to try colouring them, but I totally suck at it, how do you guys colour them?
Or is there a better programm for colouring it? But if photoshop is the best programm, could some1 give me some tips or give me a link to a tutorial for it?
Thx!

MS Paint by far... jk XD
But seriously I would agree with photoshop, having a graphic tablet would maybe help as well but it works either way.

yes a tablet would be nice, but you don't have to
you need to practice a lot b4 you have a steady hand with a tablet

I strongly suggest using this tutorial. Helps so much.

Tablets are really hard to use D: I just use my for shading, they go really well on shading. I'm lazy most of the time, and just use the magic wand tool, can be fine if you're using that ^ technique, and then finish anything up with the polygon lasso tool. That's what I used on Zomy.

I'ts easy once you get the hang of it, I don't have a Graphics tablet (google if unsure what that is) But I'm getting one and it's simply a process that takes time to learn how to do, Deviantart has some of the best tuts on there for that, where I learned.
